The Venango VNA Foundation is a private and nonprofit corporation that raises funds to assist the patients of Visiting Nurses Association of Venango County who don’t have the resources to pay for home health care services. The Venango VNA Foundation also underwrites numerous community programs and projects.
The Foundation is actively seeking volunteers to support various aspects of their work. They offer many ways to join in from providing companionship and aid to patients, assisting with administrative tasks, clerical work, or community programs.
The VNA Foundation covers clearance costs and conducts regular training sessions to ensure you’re well prepared for your role. Beginning in July, they will hold quarterly volunteer meetings to keep everyone current on VNA happenings and volunteer opportunities.
