Kayla Camiolo started with Culligan of Oil City as the Office Manager in November of 2018. She transitioned to General Manager in June of 2023 and is reflecting on one year in her new position.

Kayla says, “As I stepped into this role, I wanted to instill our company’s values into how me and the team perform. Accountability, open-mindedness and caring about relationships are the fundamentals to our business.”

Kayla came from the automotive world to water treatment and has been able to use the customer service skills she gained to provide an essential product to her customers.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her fiance and their dog.
