JM Warren Buildings has purchased property in Franklin, and will be relocating its headquarters from Guys Mills, with plans to build later this year.

Owner, Matt Warren, says, “Our company has grown every year, and we are investing in a brick-and-mortar office/showroom space and equipment storage building in Franklin. This expansion will allow us to offer our team and customers a space where we can provide hands-on examples of our building techniques and high-quality materials. We look forward to improving our customer interface even more. JM Warren’s goal has always been to provide a high level of customer service, superior quality buildings at a competitive cost.”

JM Warren Buildings is Western PA’s Post-Frame Builder. They specialize in post-frame, aka pole buildings, for agricultural, commercial and residential. Barns, garages, storage units, storage buildings, shops and much more fill their schedule. They have two experienced crews and average about 100 buildings per year.

One of their larger projects in 2023 were the storage units for Allegheny Storage solutions in Reno, and they have contracted with Allegheny Storage to build another set this summer.

The post-frame industry has grown exponentially and JM Warren Buildings has made it a priority to stay on the cusp of developments in building techniques and innovative product offerings.
