Since July, Majors Tim & Jan Duperree are the new Venango County Coordinators for The Salvation Army, with headquarters at 217 Sycamore Street in Oil City.

From shelters for battered women and families and flood relief, to families in great need of basic life necessities – they have served 36 years in a variety of Salvation Army ministries, bringing help and hope to many in great despair. Tim and Jan are childhood sweethearts, born and raised in Punxsutawney.
