Top Tier Federal Credit Union celebrated its Cranberry location’s 2nd anniversary on October 22. The Credit Union is located at 6935 Rt. 322 in Cranberry, across from Harbor Freight and was formerly known as Clarion Federal Credit Union. Top Tier’s full-service credit union has been managed by Jennifer Hughes, a Franklin native, since its inception.

Hughes is an active community member and is passionate about assisting Credit Union members with their financial needs. She is well-versed in financial wellness and prides herself on diligently working to help members improve their credit and plan for their financial future. The Cranberry Branch has two full time employees and several part times employees. The Credit Union offers auto, personal, recreational vehicle and home equity loans. Top Tier also has a mortgage department and commercial loans division.
