UPMC Northwest has announced Jonathan Bailey as the hospital’s Vice President of Operations. Bailey, a resident of Greenville and 22-year employee of UPMC, has served as director of imaging services and operations at UPMC Horizon in Mercer County and UPMC Jameson in New Castle since 2016.

Bailey also served as the administrative contact between UPMC Jameson, UPMC Horizon and systemwide UPMC service lines, to include UPMC Centers for Rehab Services, construction, laboratory services, corporate real estate, marketing, and supply chain management.

“Beyond his extensive managerial experience, Jonathan is known for his work ethic, dedication, and positive and collaborative spirit,” UPMC Northwest President Brian Durniok said. “By being accessible to staff and focusing on relationship building, he has helped enhance retention, which is an ongoing priority throughout UPMC.”

Bailey has a master’s degree in business administration from Point Park University and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Slippery Rock University.
