Making it Happen Together: Members Help Share Annual Review

One of our favorite events of the year is the Chamber’s Annual Dinner. In addition to our recognitions each year, we always look forward to providing a review and forecast, highlighting the work of the Chamber. In reviewing 2020, adaptability and resilience became the theme, for Chamber staff and for our members.

Everything we did required new approaches and together we made it happen. You showed up and helped us know exactly what to focus on. Your engagement and feedback kept us going so that we could support your businesses and the entire community. See testimonials from some members below:

Jami Degroat, Casey’s Restaurant

Since joining, I realized how helpful the chamber is to my business through not only promotion but with help staying on top of COVID issues and available grants. Some of the contacts I have made now feel like friends, making me realize how much we’re all in the same boat.

Jessica Carroll, Franklin Business & Retail Assoc.

Working with the Chamber on the Mask of Wellness Campaign was an absolute pleasure. They left no stone unturned as we presented a unified safety message to the community and did so in a positive way.

Brian McNulty, District Executive of PennDOT District 1

Leadership Venango is a fantastic leadership program and networking opportunity. More importantly, it pushes you to consider both the opportunities and challenges before us and what part you might play in the future of our region.

The Venango Chamber helped me find my professional footing when I moved back to the area during the pandemic. The benefits have been innumerable – from training to networking to job opportunities.

Bridget Rowland, Klapec Trucking Company

I am thankful for the Shift, Sustain, Succeed series. It was great to have the camaraderie that the weekly meetings offered. Especially when everything was constantly changing—it was the calm in the storm. It offered us the opportunity to safely meet with experts who could give us guidance.

Rebecca Dean, Primary Health Network

The Chamber has been an excellent resource and has provided strategic, focused content to membership. Zoom has been a great tool to connect with organizations to remain integrated in the community. The Chamber has empowered us to achieve more through their platforms.
