Local municipalities have announced their 2009 Trick or Treating hours. All those who have reported in to the Chamber, including Cranberry Township, Franklin, Oil City, Irwin Township, Oakland Township and Rouseville will be holding Trick or Treating 6-8 pm on October 31st.

Cornplanter Township will hold Trick or Treating from 2-4 pm on Saturday, October 31st.
