Family friendly homestyle dining
Casey’s Restaurant & Lounge, located on North Seneca Street between Oil City and Rouseville, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails seven days a week.
Casey’s has unique offerings that may be unexpected from this local restaurant and lounge.
Some of their menu items and specials include seafood (served daily), chili rellenos, fried avocado, breaded portabella mushrooms, fried chicken and waffles, breakfast pizza, and banana chocolate French toast.
At 19 years old, owner Jami Degroat worked for the previous owner of Casey’s for more than six years. When it was for sale years later, she told us “it was like coming home.”
Casey’s has an outdoor, pet-friendly patio, where they feature live music often. The restaurant is right along part of the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail, making it a great stop for residents and visitors participating in outdoor recreation.
“Small towns are the best,” Jami said. “It’s like serving generations of family.”
Jami’s favorite part of owning a business is the ability to turn her own ideas into reality, and she especially enjoys the relationships she’s built with employees and customers.
Looking towards the future, Jami has plans to continue to fill the needs of our trail community and to reinvent the patio.
