The Venango Technology Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Bob Moore to Director, following the retirement of long-time Director Mario Fontanazza. Bob previously served as the Cooperative Education Coordinator and brings a deep understanding of career and technical education, strong relationships with local employers, and a longstanding commitment to student success.

Bob shared the following about his new role: “I’m truly honored to step into this position at the Venango Technology Center. Our students, staff, and community partners are what make this place special, and I’m excited to build on the strong foundation that has been established. Together, we’ll continue preparing students for meaningful careers and meeting the needs of our local workforce.”

Bob’s leadership marks an exciting new chapter for the Venango Technology Center as it continues to provide hands-on learning experiences that connect students with real-world skills and career pathways. As Director, Bob looks forward to expanding partnerships and ensuring VTC remains responsive to the evolving needs of students and employers.

We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mario Fontanazza on his well-deserved retirement after more than 30 years in education. His dedication and leadership have made a lasting impact on generations of students, staff, and the community.

Congratulations to both Bob and Mario!
