After months of community conversations, surveys, and engagement activities, Venango Heart & Soul has completed its Action Plan.

Heart & Soul is a resident-driven initiative that helps communities identify what matters most to the people who live here. The new Action Plan turns those community priorities into projects and opportunities focused on strengthening Venango County.

The community is invited to celebrate this milestone on Sat, July 25, in Justus Park during Oil Heritage Festival weekend. Representatives from PA Humanities, DCED, local governments, and community partners will join residents for a brief recognition ceremony between bands.

While the plan is complete, the work is just beginning. Residents, organizations, and businesses are encouraged to get involved in helping move projects forward and continue building a stronger future for Venango County and our region.
