United Way Welcomes New Team Members

The United Way of Venango and Titusville Region is pleased to announce three new team members.

Cortney Huber joins as Director of United Way’s Center for Community Innovation, a hub of resources, training, and support for local nonprofits. She will lead programs that strengthen partnerships and ensure the region continues to grow stronger and more resilient.

Nicholas Denardo and Faith Forry have joined as Community Grant Writers, identifying and securing funding opportunities for both United Way programs and local nonprofit partners. By expanding access to grants and philanthropic resources, they will help improve services across Venango, Clarion, and surrounding communities.

These new team members bring experience, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to United Way’s mission. Their work will strengthen local organizations, increase community impact, and foster innovation and collaboration.

The United Way is excited to have Cortney, Nicholas, and Faith on board as the organization continues working toward a healthier, more connected, thriving community.

Congratulations to Cortney, Nicholas, and Faith!
