Transform Your Skills: Join the Dale Carnegie Course This Spring

The Venango Chamber is pleased to announce that it will host an eight-week Dale Carnegie Training Course beginning March 31, provided that registration supports a minimum class size of 15 participants. Registrations are due by March 12.

Rooted in Dale Carnegie’s timeless books, How to Win Friends and Influence People and How to Stop Worrying and Start Living, this course guides participants through a powerful learning journey centered on the 30 Human Relations Principles. These proven principles have helped generations of professionals strengthen leadership skills, build confidence, enhance communication, and foster stronger workplace relationships — transforming both personal and professional success for a lifetime.

This immersive program includes:

  • Kick-Off Session: March 24 | 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Virtual)
  • Class Dates: Tuesdays, March 31 – May 19
  • Time: 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
  • Format: Eight weekly 3½-hour in-person sessions

The course is ideal for emerging leaders, seasoned managers, sales professionals, and team members who want to strengthen their ability to lead, communicate, and inspire.

Manufacturers and other eligible employers may have access to training funding through WEDnetPA or incumbent worker funding through PACareerLink®, making this opportunity even more accessible for local businesses. Interested companies are encouraged to contact the Chamber for assistance in exploring available funding options.

The impact of the program speaks for itself. As Kyle Melat, Senior Manager, Global DTX at Komatsu, shares:

“I took the Dale Carnegie Training 8-week course 15–20 years ago, and it remains the most impactful training I’ve ever experienced, I still reach for the Golden Book at least once a year.”

Registration is now open and available at: https://members.venangochamber.org/events/details/dale-carnegie-course-march-31-may-19-2538

Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged to ensure the class meets minimum enrollment.
