The Olive Vault has announced the upcoming opening of a new gelateria in Franklin, bringing a fresh and flavorful addition to the area’s specialty food scene. The gelateria is set to open this month, with a Grand Opening planned during May Mart weekend.

This new venture marks an exciting next step for the family-owned shop, which has spent the past year bringing the vision to life. From refining recipes to creating an inviting parlor-style space, the team has been hard at work behind the scenes.

The menu will feature traditional Italian favorites such as Olive Oil (yes, you heard that right!), Pistachio, Gianduia, and Stracciatella, along with fresh Sorbetto options like Lemon and Strawberry. Seasonal and rotating flavors will be introduced regularly.

To help visitors keep up with the latest offerings, The Olive Vault has added a dedicated gelato section to its website, and weekly flavor updates will also be shared on social media.

The gelateria builds on The Olive Vault’s foundation of premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars, adding a fun and creative twist to its already distinctive offerings. Community members are encouraged to visit during Grand Opening weekend and experience this sweet new addition to Franklin’s downtown.
