Oil City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center recently celebrated the graduation of three new Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) through its joint partnership program with Northern PA Regional College (NPRC). This collaborative program provides a valuable opportunity for individuals in the region to pursue a career in healthcare at no cost. Participants benefit from fully funded tuition, receive compensation for time spent in class, and gain access to employment opportunities upon successful completion of the program.

The organization encourages community members interested in becoming CNAs to explore this pathway, which is designed to remove financial barriers while supporting workforce development in the healthcare sector.

Oil City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center also recently renewed its membership with the Venango Area Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to continued engagement with the local business community.
