Matric Group recently wrapped up its 2025 Team Member Appreciation Week, held June 16–20, with a celebration that reflected the spirit and dedication of its workforce. The week was filled with activities, themed dress-up days, and daily prize giveaways, recognizing the employees who help power the company’s success in electronics contract manufacturing.

Each day, two winners from both the Seneca-based Matric facility and its Freeport location, Dynamic Manufacturing, were randomly selected to receive exciting prizes including Apple AirPods, Bluetooth headphones, a smart TV, a gaming monitor, an outdoor fire pit, and more.

Themed dress days added a creative spark to the week. Team members kicked things off with Crazy Hat & Sock Day on Monday, followed by Decades Day on Tuesday, showcasing styles from poodle skirts to ’90s flannel. Wednesday featured a colorful mix of camo and favorite-color outfits, and Thursday brought out everyone’s inner hero (or villain) for Superhero/Villain Day. The celebration concluded with Team Sports Day on Friday, where employees proudly wore their favorite team gear.

One of the highlights of the week was a safety milestone—120 days without incident—celebrated with a cookout for 340 employees, prepared by Matric leadership.

The Appreciation Week was a reflection of the company’s culture of recognition and community. Matric Group continues to invest in its people, celebrating not only professional achievements but the camaraderie and energy that drive its continued growth.
