The Northwest Regional Planning & Development Commission, Planning Partner for the Northwest Rural Planning Organization (RPO), has prepared the 2027-2030 TIP Update for Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Venango, and Warren Counties. This document will be on public display from April 16, 2026 through May 21, 2026 on the Northwest Commission’s website at https://www.northwestpa.org/community_development/transportation_including_link_to_-_ltap/transportation_improvement_programlan.php
The document has been sent to each of the five counties’ planning offices; at the offices of the two transit agencies (Crawford Area Transportation Authority and the Transportation Authority of Warren County), and all municipalities within the RPO region.
The document was also sent the following eight tribal nations for display: Absentee-Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, Delaware Tribe, Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, Seneca Nation of Indians, Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma, St. Regis Mohawk Tribe, Shawnee Tribe, and the Tonawanda Seneca Nation.
A public meeting for the TIP will be held at the Northwest Commission office at 395 Seneca St., Oil City on April 22, 2026, from 1-2:30 PM. You can also join the meeting virtually by visiting:
