Leadership Venango Welcomes Class of 2026

The 8th year of Leadership Venango officially began in September with a two-day retreat at Whitehall Camp. The new class explored DISC personality assessments, participated in a community conversation led by Dan Flaherty of the Oil Region Library Association, and engaged in a variety of team building activities designed to build leadership skills and foster connections.

The retreat set the tone for a year of learning, collaboration, and community engagement, giving participants the tools and insights needed to grow as leaders in Venango County.

Stay tuned next month to read bios for each of the members of the Class of 2026!
