Dan Ace is a Business Development Engineer at Matric. Known for building strong client relationships, Dan is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. He is also an active community volunteer, having served in leadership roles with his church and the Greater Oil Region Bowling Association, and contributed to organizations such as Camo Cares and Clarion County Sportsman for Youth.

Emily Antkowiak is the Adult Services Coordinator for the Oil Region Library Association, where she plans and executes programs and events for adults. She holds a bachelor’s degree in German Language and History. Emily represents the library at numerous community events across the region, helping to promote literacy and connect residents with local resources.

Kyle Bintrim is a Product Quality Engineer at Webco Industries. He earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Penn State Behrend. Kyle spent four years as a Manufacturing Engineer in Webco’s Value Added Division before being promoted to his current role. He looks forward to expanding his engagement through participation in the Leadership Venango program.

Elijah Daubenspeck is the Drug and Alcohol Program Director at Family Service & Children’s Aid Society. He holds a master’s degree in philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, philosophy, and political science, and is a member of the honor societies for each discipline. Elijah is actively involved in several professional groups and serves his community through the Central Elementary PTO, local Pride events, and more.

Kathy Dunham is a Senior Accountant at McGill, Power, Bell & Associates, with 16 years of experience in public accounting. Kathy has a strong history of volunteer service, having served as treasurer for the Oil City Junior Baseball Association, Southside Home and School, and Boy Scouts Troop 111. She currently serves on the board of the Oil City Music Association.

Jordan Hall is the Office Manager at Raymond James Financial Services, where she oversees daily operations and supports the firm’s mission to deliver exceptional client service. She holds an associate’s degree in Business Management from Clarion University and is a Qualified Financial Paraplanner and Notary Public. Jordan is a member of FLEX and enjoys participating in community initiatives such as Cleanup Day.

Madalyn King is a Licensed Funeral Director at Morrison Funeral Home. A graduate of Oil City High School, she went on to earn her degree from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2017 and a bachelor’s degree from Point Park University in 2018. She is a member of FLEX and sings in the soprano section of the Venango Chorus. In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her dog and spending time with her family.

Jennifer McClellan is the Senior Associate Director at the Oil City YMCA. She holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Clarion University, a YMCA Multi-Team Leader Certificate, and is a 2024 graduate of the Keystone Leadership Academy. Through her work with the Y, Jennifer is actively involved in the community, supporting programs and initiatives that promote health, wellness, and youth development.

Shanna Peterson is a Registered Nurse Clinician at UPMC Northwest. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership. She plays a key role in coordinating high-acuity care, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the stroke management team and hospital ethics committee. An active member of Atlantic Avenue UB Church, she serves on the medical and safety team.

Corey Piel is a Certified Financial Planner with Raymond James Financial, where he recently established an independent practice in Seneca. Born and raised in Oil City, Corey is a graduate of Christian Life Academy and Westminster College and has worked in the financial services industry for 17 years. Corey is a coach for Franklin Little League and Franklin Firestorm, supporting youth development through sports.

Hannah Plowman is the Workforce & Education Coordinator at the Venango Chamber. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and Social Media from Westminster College. A member of FLEX, Hannah is eager to become more involved in the community. She has also volunteered with the Girl Scouts, supporting youth development and leadership opportunities for young girls.

Michele Tucker is the Office Manager at Bear’s Furniture, where she oversees accounts payable and receivable, manages the service department, and ensures excellent customer service. Michele is an active member of her church, where she serves on the worship team and leads the Outreach Ministry. Through Leadership Venango, she hopes to further develop her community engagement and leadership skills.

Shayla VanHorn is a Community Development Specialist with the Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission. She holds a bachelor’s in Psychology and Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and a master’s in Economics from West Virginia University. Shayla is active with EPICC and the Rotary Club of Meadville and has volunteered with United Way on multiple projects.

Michael Veloso is an experienced banking and mortgage professional with over a decade of leadership in financial services. As Branch Manager at First National Bank, he focuses on building strong client relationships, driving branch growth, and leading with integrity. He holds an master’s degree from Western Governors University and a bachelor’s degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Outside of work, Michael is a devoted husband and proud father of two boys.
