This October, FICDA is hosting a two-part series with Brian Slawin of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, designed for entrepreneurs at every stage—from startups to scale-ups.

Brian Slawin, a serial entrepreneur, investor, and mentor, brings decades of experience and candid storytelling to help innovators turn ideas into reality. The first session, October 9 – Don’t Quit Your Daydream, explores the crawl-walk-run approach to entrepreneurship, offering strategies to maintain momentum and turn visions into action.

The second session, October 16 – My Dad Stole My Startup Money, shares real-life lessons on resilience, resourcefulness, and creative ways to secure funding, helping participants overcome setbacks and build sustainable businesses.
