VenangoREADY Launches Program at Pathways

The VenangoREADY program is excited to begin a partnership with Pathways Adolescent Center, launching the program for high school seniors in July. The program focuses on the importance of six attributes- Work Ethic, Tactfulness & Manners, Communication, Teamwork, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, and Understanding Supervision & World of Work; all of which are essential skills to help students obtain employment following graduation.

Now in its fifth year, the program has previously partnered with high school students in Cranberry, Forest, Franklin, Oil City, Valley Grove, and Titusville Area School Districts, as well as Christian Life Academy.

“We’re most excited to give our students a structured, real-world framework for success beyond the classroom,” said Education Director William Woods. “Our students face unique challenges, and this program gives them a tangible pathway to recognize their own growth and achievements while helping them envision their future in a more focused and confident way.”

The Chamber is excited for this new opportunity and to expand the VenangoREADY program to more students across the region!
