Strong communities are built by people who step forward, connect others, and work toward solutions. That is the work of the Chamber, and it is the work I am proud to lead. It is also what I have been preparing for over many years.
Before I even walked through the door at the Chamber, I knew I wanted to do this kind of work. I wanted to be a connector, a problem solver, and someone who helps move a community forward. Over the years, I have grown with this organization, from engaging in Chamber programs as a volunteer to serving on staff, most recently as Vice President. Along the way, I have helped build programs, strengthen member relationships, and gain a deep understanding of how this organization operates.

I have also had the privilege of working alongside Susan and being part of a thoughtful and intentional succession plan. Because of her leadership, the Chamber is in a strong position today. I am grateful for the solid foundation she has built and for the time she has invested in preparing me for this next chapter.
As I step into this role, my focus is clear. I am committed to preserving the quality, service, and value our members expect while continuing to evolve in ways that reflect the needs of our business community.
That means listening closely, strengthening what is working, and creating meaningful opportunities for connection, business advocacy, and growth.
I lead with authenticity, positive energy, and purpose. I want our members to feel supported, our team to feel empowered, and our community to feel confident in the work we are doing together.

I am proud to serve this organization and this region. I am ready to lead and excited for what we will build together. I look forward to the conversations and connections ahead.

What experience do you bring to the role?
I bring a mix of business, community, and hands-on experience that all led me to this role. I hold a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Global Economic Development and have a background in family manufacturing, having grown up in a machine shop. My experience also includes economic development work through the Northwest Commission and workforce development through CareerLink. I have led and grown Chamber programs, including VenangoREADY, and served as FLEX President prior to joining the Chamber team. Additionally, I completed the Institute for Organization Management through the U.S. Chamber.
What excites you most about this role?
The people. I love connecting with businesses and being part of something that moves our community forward. This work matters because it impacts real people and real opportunities.
How would you describe your leadership style?
My high school basketball coach called me a “spark plug,” and that still fits. I bring energy, I bring people together, and I like to get things moving. I’m authentic and confident, and I care deeply about relationships. I want people to feel supported and part of what we’re building.
Fun fact about you:
I’ve visited 6 continents, 30+ countries, and most of the U.S., and I’m always up for the next adventure. I’ve led cross-country tours for international travelers, driving a 15-passenger van from coast to coast. But no matter where I’ve gone, this is the place I chose to come back to. It’s home, and I’m here on purpose.
