100 Seneca Expands as Hub for Business and Community

The Venango County Economic Development Authority has announced several new developments at 100 Seneca in Oil City.

The organization recently rebranded 100 Seneca and launched a new website at 100Seneca.com. This refreshed brand and online presence more clearly reflect the vision of making 100 Seneca a center for business, creativity, and community in Venango County.

The Authority also marked the formal opening of the coworking space. Entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small businesses can now access flexible desk memberships and meeting space rentals directly through the website.

In addition, the 100 Seneca Makerspace has expanded its lineup of evening programs and workshops. Designed to foster hands-on learning, creative collaboration, and community engagement, these events aim to spark new ideas. Upcoming program schedules are available on their Facebook page (Venango County Makerspace).

The building’s first-floor amenities are also continuing to grow. The Exchange restaurant recently opened, providing a new dining option, and Woods & River Coffee Shop will soon open their second location, adding another welcoming gathering spot for the community.

The Authority also welcomed Joseph Brooker (pictured right) as its new Grants and Project Manager. In this role, he will help advance development opportunities, manage funding initiatives, and support the continued growth of 100 Seneca and other community-focused projects.

Together, these updates strengthen 100 Seneca as a destination for work, learning, and connection, supporting a stronger future for Venango County.

Congratulations Joe!
