It has been an exciting season for 100 Seneca as the historic landmark continues to celebrate growth, investment, and community success.

Recently, 100 Seneca received a Pennsylvania Downtown Center Townie Award in the Anchor Building category, recognizing the remarkable transformation of the former Oil City National Bank Building into a thriving center for businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organizations. The award highlights the collaborative efforts of the Venango County Economic Development Authority, The Exchange Oil City, and the Oil City Main Street Program.

The momentum continued as 100 Seneca celebrated its 100th anniversary with an event recognizing the building’s history and the success of its tenants. The celebration included a ribbon cutting for Woods & River Coffee’s expanded second-floor seating area, the one-year anniversary of The Exchange Oil City, and the kickoff of the Venango Chamber’s 48th Annual Oil Heritage Festival.

Today, 100 Seneca stands as an anchor in Oil City, demonstrating how preservation, partnerships, and investment can create new opportunities while honoring the community’s rich heritage.
